Conservatory roofs, any advice is welcome

Decided that we need to replace our conservatory roof and have had 2 quotes so far. Both seem to be doing a similar job with a few small differences, but the price difference is 4k. So one is 7.2k the other is 11k, what advice do you wonderful people have for me on this? Obviously the cheaper one looks more attractive but going cheaper might have gotten me into this mess first time around. I am worried that one might be ripping me off, or one might not be doing the same standard of work! What questions should i be asking?
