Future football coaches

Is it just me or are ending an era of top class managers and coaches? You have pep Klopp potentially guy at Chelsea and Bayern.  
 

after that there is a step down to next stage I think. 
 

obviously potential managers (xavi, Xabi, Gerrard) but seems a like a dearth of genuinely top class ones. 
 

seems like there was a lot more around when we got Benitez, Jose went to Chelsea etc.

The big name players aren't always the place to look.  More coaches now than at any other time.

Matthias Jaissle the manager at rb Salzburg is only 33 and had a great start to his career there. Yes he’s top of their league which is a given but only drawn 1 out of 12 scored 31 and conceded only 7. They’re also top of their cl group with 2 wins and a draw in with Seville, Lille and Wolfsburg.

Yes, Ancelotti and the like are old but it’s not as if there were ever loads of “super coaches”
