Liverpool vs. Brighton - Saturday 30 October 2021 - 3pm

A Saturday 3pm Kick-off for a change.

We are currently 23 games without defeat in all competitions. The last loss was 1st leg against Real Madrid in April 2021. This is the longest unbeaten streak in the PL era. Kenny led us to 24 games unbeaten in 1989. Avoid defeat at home v Brighton & we match that record. Of course, a win is preferable rather than just avoiding defeat.

Team?

Alisson

Trent Konate VVD Robbo

Fabinho Hendo Jones (assuming Keita still bruised)

Mo Bobby Jota

Totally forgot that game ever happened. Henderson was injured and Kabak and Philips played CB :cold:

@Barnesy_10 Did you find anywhere that shows 3pm kick offs? I haven't got a ticket for this.

safersurf

but you have to pay

or rock up on here near KO and get info about free streams, although they often fail

I meant in a pub. I've got a Firestick with them all on but don't enjoy watching Liverpool in the match in the house as much. Nowhere near the ground had it on when I last went up for a 3 o'clock kick off with no ticket.

I know. I think some got fined a few years ago. I heard of one place that had a lock in from 2.30 to show them but haven't been to confirm. If anyone called to investigate the pub was closed.

one of our tenants got 3 fines and so now does that, upstairs, out of the main bar

but it's in Bootle

one place just tippexed  the white pint glass logo on their screen in a bid to fool the hapless Sky inspector

Mike Dean the Ref, with Kevin Friend on VAR.

Dean is yet to award a single penalty to Liverpool in the Premier League (174 awarded for other teams across 21 seasons).

Bring back Bar One Four and it's Norwegian satellite channels, with dodgy b*****ds collecting a fiver a head on the way in.

I don't think he's reffed many of our games in comparison to others.

Used to be a quid when they first started!

Fella on the mic inside telling everyone to turn their phones off cos it was interfering with the picture.

Out of sync Radio City commentary.

Saw some great games in there.

I remember it was a fiver for Arsenal away on Good Friday. I think they were the only place that had it. Might've been a quid the other times but I remember putting a fiver in the bag that day.

Remember watching the 4-2 down at Villa in there, Fowler hatrick and Collymore red card.

What a hat trick that was. The placed finish with his laces into the corner was brilliant.

Paxton's home debut.

Don’t you guys live down Brighton way? All the way up to Liverpool to see them 🙂

Hope he has the same effect as Watford

Yeah about 25 miles away.

I promised I would take him to Anfield this season & this was the first opportunity that came up (needing 2 together obv)

I only go to Anfield maybe once every couple of years myself TBF these days, tend to mostly just do the Southern aways with the odd mad trip thrown in.

Watford was just a bonus really as my lot had an extra spare.

Same effect would be very lovely indeed. On many levels!

Hope you both have an awesome time - him especially.

Not made it up to Anfield since we lost to West Ham at home at the back end of the Rodgers era. Hoping to rectify that at some point this year
