Excel help - Selecting random winners from a weighted prize draw

Hey folks,

Need some help with a formula and correct weighting process on the below:

- Need to select 75 winners at random from a prize draw of x number of unique email addresses

- Each email gets a certain amount of entries based on the product(s) they purchased, this is then doubled if they also pay using a certain credit card

- Need to then select 50 winners at random from the 75 (25 will be kept as backup as they need to be confirmed by another team as valid entrants).
