growler Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 (edited) We’ve got a bit of the break and no travel. With another clear week when league cup is. This, spurs and Fulham can now be a run and hopefully some bodies back, and some recovery. trent should be back. Gini, Matip and fab will have some rest as will front four so squad should be starting to recover. kelleher has earned another chance I reckon. Jones will be pulling at leash for another game. Flasher Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 My assumption last night was that Wolves was more important and so Adrian will play vs wolves, i.e. Couldn't afford an injury to Adrian last night and the game wasn't do or die so good opportunity to use Kelleher. I know Klopp mentioned he's good with his feet so maybe suited the game, but suspect that was a cover. Anyway, stop the new Jota and beat Wolves.
Gethin Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 Changes from Tuesday GK - I'd keep Kelleher in, got nothing to lose there RB - Depends if TAA is fit. Reckon Neco will get starts against Midtjylland and Fulham if he doesn't play this one. Traore against Neco might be an issue. CB - Same LB - Hope Robbo is fit and give Kostos the next two MF - Keep Hendo and Curtis. The question is whether Gini can take another game and if there's anyone available to replace him if not F - Reckon Bobby comes back in as I don't think Mo/Jota/Mane worked that well
Swipe Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 I was thinking that about Adrian before KO last night but I think you have to keel Kelleher in after that.

I think you have to look at and say that if Adrian plays and he drops a b****** there’ll be a worldwide fume. If Kelleher does no one will say Adrian should have played 2

Big Red Machine Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 I think Kelleher starts and that he's now our no2
Cam Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 I still think it will be Adrian. And I wouldn't risk TAA. Rest Wijnaldum for a full week. So... Neco Matip Phillips Robertson Henderson Fabinho Jones And three out of the four forwards. Then for the CL: Kelleher, Neco, Koumetio, Williams, Tsimkas, some academy kids in midfield, some of the ladies team up front.
Hightown Phil Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 (edited) Not sure there’s much value in resting Wijnaldum given we’re supposed to be getting a few midfielders back in the next week or two. Rest him then. Same again for me bar Firmino in for Jota unless Trent is back. Edited December 2, 2020 by Hightown Phil

PaulMcC186 Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 He might get injured while we're trying to burn him out and then we'd be f***ed.
allez les rouges Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 I have a ticket for the game. Which is nice. 7 1

Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 So after this it's off to Denmark with the u-9s for a 6pm game, then Sunday at Fulham - where we can probably play the U-9s again followed by the title decider on Weds 16th 1

I think from the seating plan it was every third row and every third seat. 1

Trying to imagine how it will look. Will there be people in the 202 seats right against the side of the stand and the by the corner flag in 108?

PaulMcC186 Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 That might look a bit s*** but they can hardly pile all 1500 in the middle, and obviously far better than no fans there. Hopefully they can step it up 4000 relatively soon.

Yes I'm on the Kop and the only ticket's you could buy were very spaced apart from each other. I've not got my season ticket seat. 1
