Does anyone have a property project? I'll help you design it for free, yes someday I'll come to you for a favour FREE!!!

This will be typically, but not exclusively something like a home refurb with a different layout proposed eg a new kitchen or even 'how do I max the space in this room?' but it could be a new office, shop or bar if you're going in to business

I'm no cushion plumper, although I like what I like (atm Google Colours and mid century style furniture) - It's more structural and space-planning

think "making space" and "How we live" - although if you're living wrong I'll tell you,  and we go again

I've got some time on my hands atm so fill your boots
