Page moving up and down

When I go into a thread with new posts, the page slowly moves up and down a few times itself. If I try to override it and scroll down to the bottom of the page it’ll shift back up again. Need to leave it for a few seconds to let it do all this before touching the screen.
 

Nothing major of course but thought I’d post it here in case it’s an issue. Might be at my end too.

Probably loading pictures/videos/embedded items via a feature called 'Lazy load', which will result in the shifting of the page while items are loaded in the background - but as you haven't indicate a specific topic other than...
