Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted March 1, 2020 Posted March 1, 2020 Biggest game in the club's history back on the horse
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted March 1, 2020 Author Posted March 1, 2020 so are West Ham & Watford yet we conceded 5
anfieldgaz Posted March 1, 2020 Posted March 1, 2020 Don't know what Klopp does here... same team as yesterday except lovren( never again) and tell them to put it right. Or a mix of the youngsters who got us this far?
Cam Posted March 1, 2020 Posted March 1, 2020 Adrian Williams AnyoneButLovren VvD Lewis Jones Fabinho Lallana Elliott Minamino Mane Subs: Kelleher, Hoever, vdB, Chirivella, Milner, Salah, Origi,
Hightown Phil Posted March 1, 2020 Posted March 1, 2020 (edited) Alisson, Trent, Matip, van DIjk, Robertson, Fabinho, WIjnaldum, Ox, Mane, Salah, Firmino. If he rests players and then goes full strength on Saturday I'm turning up at Anfield with a slingshot and spending 90 minutes trying to hit him on the head. Edited March 1, 2020 by Hightown Phil
psl Posted March 1, 2020 Posted March 1, 2020 I'd have Milner in if fit. Just now, Hightown Phil said: Alisson, Trent, Matip, van DIjk, Robertson, Fabinho, WIjnaldum, Ox, Mane, Salah, Firmino. I hope he goes strong but I'd like to see Jones start.
Hightown Phil Posted March 1, 2020 Posted March 1, 2020 If we were playing them in the league or the Champions League it would be broadly that. If we make a number of changes we're almost ruling out ever actually trying to win the cup under this manager, which I find quite sad.

But Jurgen has made his view of the FA Cup clear at every opportunity. Bournemouth and Atletico are the next 2 and we know they are his priority.
Swipe Posted March 1, 2020 Posted March 1, 2020 It defo won’t be a mad side. Wouldn’t stun me if Minamino started though. Surely Matip plays if Gomez doesn’t make it. I’d play Milner over AOC if he was fit.

We're 17-0 against Bournemouth in our last five games and they're s***.

Swipe Posted March 1, 2020 Posted March 1, 2020 Yeah jones not a bad shout. Never looks out of place.

It's just what I imagine Jurgen will do. He can't have done much more to show he isn't too fussed about the FA Cup. He went on holiday for the last game.
growler Posted March 1, 2020 Posted March 1, 2020 Elliott Jones Williams and Adrian plus some first teamers
Jarg Armani Posted March 1, 2020 Posted March 1, 2020 The first team ffs. This cup run has made me so frigging angry.

But really we have to go strong. Chelsea are in s***e form but they're still 4th and they have a good side. If they play at near their best they can be a problem & if we piss about they could win easily if we don't treat this seriously

oakie bob Posted March 1, 2020 Posted March 1, 2020 full strength, we need to get the last couple of defeats out the system
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted March 1, 2020 Author Posted March 1, 2020 Sounds like Tammy Abraham is likely out, so that's ok
