Gethin Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 (edited) Down to the bare bones in midfield so hopefully Jordan's good to go for this one. Can see a few changes from tonight with starts for Divock, Milner and possibly Lallana Live on Sky Sports Edited December 27, 2019 by Sir Tokyo Sexwale
Cam Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 Wolves is a sh*t name for a football club. Sounds like a kids ice-hockey team.
Gethin Posted December 26, 2019 Author Posted December 26, 2019 (edited) It's on SundayOh FFS Any chance a mod can edit that? Good news from Pearce.... @JamesPearceLFC Klopp on Henderson: "Jordan is okay. He got a kick on the shin, it was bleeding afterwards. He said he could have played on!" EDIT - Fixed Edited December 27, 2019 by Sir Tokyo Sexwale
oakie bob Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 I plead "cider" poor........so we need 47 points to win the league as it stand tonight.........must win game
Conrad Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 Wolves will rest some I think - less than 48 hours rest for them
scoose Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 Wolves will rest some I think - less than 48 hours rest for them I hope they go balls out against city and rest some for our game
Rory Fitzgerald Posted December 27, 2019 Posted December 27, 2019 No chance Wolves don’t go full pelt in front of their home crowd with a chance of going 5th against City. Be nice for us to see how they play too.

Be nice for us to see how they play too.We may have just reached the point now where other sides will not play their full strength team against us and would rather concentrate on trying to pick up points elsewhere
Cheesecake Posted December 27, 2019 Posted December 27, 2019 (edited) Changes likely for this, I’d expect Lallana, Origi, Milner to start, maybe Shaq too. We really need to ensure we have cover for the FBs next season, some lads at Norwich maybe, we’ll see I guess. Edited December 27, 2019 by DPD1973

growler Posted December 27, 2019 Posted December 27, 2019 Also logic. 48 hours for them. Game after is more winnable than away at Anfield.

psl Posted December 27, 2019 Posted December 27, 2019 Hope we go strong and smash them, my wolves supporting mate would be unbearable if we give them half a sniffSomeone better let Klopp know the importance of the fixture.
Ombudsam Posted December 27, 2019 Posted December 27, 2019 Someone better let Klopp know the importance of the fixture.Ha
Bogman Posted December 27, 2019 Posted December 27, 2019 I expect the same team as yesterday. Get the job done early, make subs. Simples.
Sion Posted December 27, 2019 Posted December 27, 2019 Also logic. 48 hours for them. Game after is more winnable than away at Anfield. Its more like 45 hours. I don't see how they can do anything but play almost two different teams. You can't play City at home then expect the same guys to play at Anfield less than 2 days later

Gethin Posted December 27, 2019 Author Posted December 27, 2019 One of the few home games I'll be able to get to this year - what's the situation like these days with getting tickets outside the ground if nothing pops up on the ticket forum? I realise showing up on the right day would probably be a start
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted December 27, 2019 Posted December 27, 2019 Our 1st game vs Wolves of the season, they're in middling form 2-2-1 from their last 5. With games on 29th, 2nd & 5th I think we'll see rotation especially as all three are home games & Leicester was the hardest on paper. Think Hendo sits this out after the knock. Think Divock starts and maybe rest a FB but that would mean Milner & we may need him in MF at some point very soon. Could go with a lineup like vs Everton
Case Posted December 27, 2019 Posted December 27, 2019 I think Keita will be rested. It might be Gini (at #6), Milner and Lallana/Jones. Same back 5 Origi for Bobby.
