Car Trouble pt.2

My elder daughter has decided to sell her car - she is moving to a new job and new flat which is within walking distance of the new office so she has no need of the car at all. Trouble is she still has some outstanding loan to pay and she has had several minor scraps and scrapes which have left the vehicle looking pretty tatty. Private sale is not really a goer because she will not be around to do the selling, no dealer would take it off her hands because of the state it is in, not even sure We Buy Any Car or the like would take it because of the outstanding loan balance. Apart from the traditional YNWA recommendation of having it stolen and set on fire are there any realistic options?
