Getting a shirt signed

Unfortunately my cousin has been diagnosed with cancer, its s*** news, they're confident they can treat it but its going to be a difficult 18 months.

 

One thing I was thinking was getting a shirt signed by the club. Happy to make a donation and not looking for charity, just something I can do to cheer him up really. 

 

Any advice?
