Man City have as good as won the league

But if we win this then all of a sudden that’s not the case

So how is the CB issue for starters?

Posted (edited)

Alisson back in goal (obviously), Fabinho in alongside the usual other 3, Henderson, gini, keita in midfield and the usual front 3

be surprised if keita starts. his performance last night didn't really warrant it

i'm a bit worried about milner, looks like he's hit a wall recently

hope Matip or Lovren are fit so we can start Fabinho in midfield with Gini and Henderson

Brighton aren’t very good. We need to do a professional job and we will beat them.

they've been pretty solid at home - only lost to Spurs & Chelsea (both 1-2)

They are missing their main keeper Jack Ryan (one of the better keepers in the league imo) as he's in the Asian cup

They got renamed The Patriot Games

If three of the first four centrebacks are injured you have to select the fifth. And alongside VvD, in an otherwise first-choice team, would be the ideal time to throw him in.

Keita didn't do enough to stay in and Milner was poor. Give Wijnaldum a few more days to recover.

Alisson

TAA Hoever VvD Roberton

Henderson Fabinho Shaqiri

Salah Firmino Mane

Subs: don't bother with Mignolet, Moreno, Sturridge & Origi.

Cam, there is literally no way on God's earth Klopp picks a 16 year oild at centre back in a vital league game. Markovic is more likely to start.

There's also no way, bar injury, that Wijnaldum doesn't start the game.

Yep, when you put it like that...

Wasn't really based on results to be honest, I just think he's s**** having watched him a few dozen times.

He is but I think he’s a context ref and maybe one of those who will look for a certain type of incident if he f***ed up in his last match.

This should be a stroll.
