Rationalise playing a complete 2nd team by giving them games to be better ready for 1st team action.

 

Win - they get more game time in the 4th round

Lose - we won’t need the squad as much so 1st team get a break anyway.

 

I’m really not sure this is how elite football management works but today it sounds good to me.
