iphone Notes recovery

I deleted a bunch of stuff from my GMail account that had also a bunch of notes from my phone that were clearly synced and now are lost. 

 

Haven't backed my phone up in a couple of weeks so can't recover through iCloud and can't see those notes in trash on Gmail

 

anyone know if/how I can recover?
