When a company doesn't invoice you

How long is reasonable to wait before you tell them to go poke it? 

 

Company did a job worth about £8k early this year. There was a small issue with the work which we can live with but they promised to fix. I told them to invoice us and I'd pay 75% now and the rest when they fixed the issue which they verbally agreed to. 

 

Never got an invoice and they're not replying to emails & calls, despite seemingly still being in business. 

 

I'd like them to fix the issue and us to pay them so we can both move on, however I'd also like to spend the £8k on hookers and coke. When would I be reasonably expected not to keep this money (which is sat in the bank waiting) earmarked to pay them?
