Electrical Advice - Downlights

We are having a sunroom built at the moment. I want to install external led downlights in the soffits which I understand have to have a rating of IP65. I can easily source fixed downlights which will work fine on the horizontal parts of the soffit but we want to install 4 of them in the soffit on either side of the pitch of the roof and need adjustable downlights to allow me to direct the beam vertically down.

 

Any pointers where to get these? Any IP65 lights I have seen are all ‘Fixed’ . Any other solutions?? Spark due for second fixing next week so any help much appreciated.
