so, the Palace game was just what the doctor ordered

could do with a goleada on Saturday to go top on goal diff

but also, I need a lift to Widnes after the game

so who's driving that way?

I may have to drink in your car but I won't be doing any drugs, so it's ok if you have children, ta

if I don't get a lift, I may have to drive to the game and attend both the match and a house warming in Widnes sober....and nobody wants that  - so any help would be appreciated

Ditch the car and have a pre-game pint with me

yes that's the point

I need a lift straight after the game to Widnes

it's impossible to get there by public transport

Suspect this may be the game to introduce Fabinho into the side. Milner and Gini may be rotated in for Fab and Henderson.

Same back 4

Same front 3.

Apart from the trains and buses. Obvs.

is that so?

go on then, plan my journey for me, starting at Walton Breck rd and finishing at Bumblef***, Widnes

Walk out ground. Get an uber.

Ricketts would be a good bet for this normally but he's on holiday.

Uber?

were we happy with Gini last night?

thought he was ok and did few good things but I still think he was a bit 6/10

whereas I'd expect him to do much better and maybe score against Brighton at home

Thought he was quiet first half but Milner had a poorer game than against West Ham. Looked good when Hendo came on though I thought.

I'd have played Henderson so i'm not sure if it was confirmation bias but we missed a zippy forward passing option, Gini was pretty good but Milner nowhere near his West Ham level.

Henderson should have started for me, and / or should have been on as sub 10 minutes earlier.

Bus to town, Lime Street to Widnes, station is pretty much bang in the middle so it depends where you are going,

Absolutely do not drive.

On the footy, love for us to go with Shaqiri in the middle three along with Keita and one other to hold, against the sides that come to depend it could be fun.

no chance

henderson will come in i suspect

I'd start the same 11.

But, I'd like to see Fabinho, Shaqiri and Sturridge play. Might even give Moreno a chance just to make Andy concentrate a bit more. He wasn't at his best against Palace.

compulsion towards self-sabotage is a terrible thing
