Don't see this being discussed anywhere, but it appears to me that this poisoning of that ex-spy in Salisbury, the resultant blaming of the Russian State, and Putin, in particular, is intentionally being ramped up by the West, rather than employing measured responses, whereas, instead of "intelligence" gathering to establish a definite link, it's quite possible that this attack was carried out by an ex-KGB rogue element with a grudge, (they don't exactly do things by the book or stick to non-corrupt conventions) and it's not beyond the realms of possibility that the nerve agent used was sourced somewhere other than Russia; Pilton Down, for example.

 

It's a worrying excalation, especially with that button-happy moron in America.
