Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 back on the horse. They're in a mixed bag of form but no excuses to not win this. It's FA Cup weekend, so ManU, Spurs & Chelsea are all in that, so a good chance to get back onto the Mancs' shoulder. Hendo should start, most of the rest of it'll pick itself - international week after this
Conrad Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 We can pick up 6 points before spurs and chelsea play again - and when they do, they play each other so, this is a massive opportunity to put the pressure on. Must win.Henderson should startMaybe lallana too
Cam Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 KariusGomez Matip VvD RobertsonWijnaldum Henderson MilnerSalah Mane Lallana Rest Firmino. Maybe Klavan rather then Matip against Deeney.
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted March 12, 2018 Author Posted March 12, 2018 Internationals after this, deffo don't rest Firmino. Klopp is the sort who'll play Lovren & Trent rather than drop them. I would go for Matip mind, think he needs to give Trent another go, had he played well vs the Mancs, then I'd have gone Gomez

stressederic Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 There's no reason for us to rest anyone for this game. Go full strength. Get Henderson back in there for starters. I also have no problem with Trent starting again. The only way he'll learn is to keep playing games and gaining experience, particularly after he's had a tough match.
The_Adder Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 Matip and Henderson in, Id start Trent too. Tempting to play Lallana, he was ace last season
New York Red Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 let's win this 10-0 That's right. It would be great for goal difference too by the way.
Dominus Maximus Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 (edited) Matip and Henderson in, Id start Trent too. Tempting to play Lallana, he was ace last seasonLet Trent sit it out. He has to feel the consequences of his poor first half. He has to feel the pain of sitting out. Only then can he recover and grow. Edited March 13, 2018 by NabyKeita2018
Stanley Leisure Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 Let Trent sit it out. He has to feel the consequences of his poor first half. He has to feel the pain of sitting out. Only then can he recover and grow. What?
cymrococh Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 The only way he can truly understand what he has done is if he looks into himself.
Dominus Maximus Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 Sorry just saw The Last Jedi. But I stand by my statement. He was piss poor. There has to be consequences.
stressederic Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 The consequences are that we lost and he'll have been feeling awful about it all week. Do we want to punish him or build him into a player where he learns from this sort of thing and it doesn't happen again? Hell if we were going to drop young players for having played badly against United then Carragher would've never played again.
Jarg Armani Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 He didn't even drop mignolet straight away after arsenal. He's not bombing Trent.
MarkD Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 Maybe Trent should sit in a car and Carra spit at him- thatd teach him
cymrococh Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 Maybe Trent should sit in a car and Carra spit at him- thatd teach himThat's a brilliant idea, Klopp could play the daughter.
Stanley Leisure Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 Sorry just saw The Last Jedi. But I stand by my statement. He was piss poor. There has to be consequences. What will happen if there isn't? Bit worried, now.
Hassony Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 What will happen if there isn't? Bit worried, now.Trent will think it's an acceptable behaviour, and he'll continue to gift oppositions goals
