Molby Posted January 31, 2018 Posted January 31, 2018 Need to improve on our last three performances, yes am counting Huddersfield, if Spurs show up as they’ve done tonight vs Man U
Tommok Posted January 31, 2018 Posted January 31, 2018 Yes Spurs looked great tonight, going to be tough - we're going to need to gegen press the s*** out of them.
Rory Fitzgerald Posted January 31, 2018 Posted January 31, 2018 We’re decent against the big teams and more so at home. I’m not nervous. Yeah we can lose but if we do it’ll be a big disappointment because we tend to get 1 or 3 pts out of these games.
Swipe Posted January 31, 2018 Posted January 31, 2018 Ferdinand on tv now talking about how much Kane bullied United's defenders. Our lads have to get stuck into him.
Earl Hafler Posted January 31, 2018 Posted January 31, 2018 They tend to play to our strengths, lack pace out wide in attack. One of those fixtures where we rise to the occasion

Jarg Armani Posted January 31, 2018 Posted January 31, 2018 Lucas was CB and had him in his pocketDammit!
AnfieldWestGaffer Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 We owe them one after the 4-0 at their (temporary) place. Going to be a tough match.
muleskinner Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 We owe them one after the 4-0 at their (temporary) place. Going to be a tough match. we scored too. nothing else good happened tho.
chiefy Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 They looked really good last night. That said, United were poor, can see why they shut up shop at our place. They played an attacking line up last night and got hammered.

rednotdead Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 Kane is a weird one. He always looks technically terrible to the eye. Poor control, can't beat a man, seems slow. But then he'll lash one in from 35 yards, make the perfect run, finish from an impossible angle. They're a decent side but less so when they have to chase the game. I expect our midfield 3 to swamp Dembele and Dier but Eriksen is the worry there.
Red Yoda Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 The race for the top four is so tight, so every game we play is a vital set of three points, when they are up against one of rivals for those spots then it becomes all the more important. They are in good form, but I genuinely feel we can and will prevail in this game. Karius GomezMatipVvDRobertson CanHendersonMilner SalahFirmino Mane

Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 we scored too. nothing else good happened tho. I was so hungover I don't remember any of the game

Karius GomezMatipVvDRobertson CanHendersonMilner SalahFirmino ManeMilner played well against a very pedestrian opposition in Huddersfield but against the hard working technically skilful midfield of Spurs I think you have to bring ox back in. His energy will be vital. Otherwise, I think it picks itself with Matip just getting the nod over Lovren

Leo No.8 Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 Kane is a weird one. I’ve never watched him and thought ‘this guy is brilliant’ but he clearly is. He’s just an incredible finisher - kind of a modern day Shearer. I’ve always felt Alli was over rated too but they’ve both been making a fool of me.
