Went out Friday and a had a fair bit to drink (meal first and then later on). I had a very decent night but I've decided I'm taking a drastic cut in how much I am drinking. I'm not normally a heavy drinker but over Christmas I've slipped into a pattern of a little tipple more or less every night - well at least 4 nights a week, so I'm knocking it on the head for a bit. Not doing dry January because I have a few social things lined up but the G&T when the telly's on and the wine opened up to go with the evening meal are taking a hike for a few weeks.

 

Should help me lose the weight I need to knock off as well.
