Planning a stag do to Madrid soon,anybody got any ideas about decent places to go or things to do?

Looking for a good bar area,a good area to wander about and get some tapas,and the main party area? Where all the kids are,that kind of thing.

Oh,and some restaurant recommendations would be great too.

 

Wasn't my choice of venue for a stag do,but here we are..

Didn't seem that sort of place when I went last,more a place to relax and see a few things.
