LFC v The Ev, FA Cup 3rd Round, Friday night, 7.55pm

Great time for a game like this. Can't wait, all afternoon on the lash, then smash the blusehite.

Anyone fancy a sidebet on how long it takes Murph to get to Anfield? I'm guessing he's probably planning on leaving on Thursday morning, possibly flying to Belfast to get the ferry over on Friday morning. And then leaving shortly after kick-off so that he is home in time for Easter.

Back to the match - we win 4-0. But only if we take our foot off their throat.

Really want to smash them after last time.

Hopefully Coutinho is ok. Bobby to come back in obviously. Hopefully Mane can play after his long flight. Even better if Mo makes the bench.

Oh and maybe Van Dijk makes an appearance at some stage.

I’d start VVD - not like they’re coming with any attacking intent and i’d like him to have 90mins before City

Looks like their new manager bounce is over and are now going back to the norm. No shots on target today, expect them to line up the same way when they stole a point off us. Expect loads of time wasting, cheap free kicks and long balls.

Agree entirely. Would guess Klopp will introduce him from the bench though.

Echo say Coutinho may miss Friday with his injury. That would be a worry.

What a joke.

This is what it says. Could just be a throwaway line.

If Coutinho's future remains a concern – he missed the Burnley game with a sore thigh, and could be absent when Everton visit Anfield in the FA Cup on Friday – then there is better news in the £75m signing of Virgil van Dijk , who is eligible to make his Reds debut in that fixture if selected.

I’m trying to breathe here. Could all be something of nothing but if he’s “injured” again...

what it is, is exactly what you imagine it to be

annoying to say the least  - and so many areas in which to lash out

I’m not panicking until something negative is actually established.

Ditto, apart from the ticket and flight bit.
