Outside chance of Mane, Firmino, Coutinho, Salah and Lallana playing together for the first time

Outside as in virtually zero. Even when fully fit we aren't going in with all five

Not even Keegan would be so bold

there'll be loads of opportunities against park-the-bus merchants to play all 5

I think when they are all fit he’ll play them all at home. Coutinho and Lallana central ahead of Hendo.

But I’m sure after so long out Lallana will have a couple of games as sub before being considered to start.

Real battle for places now - even on the bench: Karius, Sturridge, Alexander-Arnold, Lallana, Milner, Wijnaldum or Can, Klavan, Robertson, Grujic, Solanke, Oxlade-Chamberlain all unlikely to be in starting eleven.

Is there any precedent for him starting such an attacking midfield? Even against also rans at home

When has he had the personnel?

Has he had the opportunity to play a midfield three containing two attacking flighty, tippy tappy mids and not done it? Dozens of times

Without sacrificing the quality of the front 3?
