question about Walter Presents

this is a niche enquiry

 

I've been stung 3 times now with programees that I've started watching. I watch the first one, then a week or so later I go to download the next one, or the rest of it and it's gone, disappeared as if it never existed

 

It happened with Swingers (Dutch) 

and then one about someone doing medical research in rooms in the underground in Sweden, Norway or Denmark...I forget the name and the location

 

I've searched for answers online but found nothing

 

anybody know anything?
