Excel help - progressive commission calculator

Hi All,

 

Trying to figure out a progressive commission formula based on the below but having no luck - can anyone help?

=SUMPRODUCT(--(D9>{15000000;20000000;30000000;50000000}), (D9-{15000000;20000000;30000000;50000000}), {0.1;0.02;0.03;0.05})
