Any forum members living in Brighton?

 

Family Doyler needs to get it's collective finger out and make some decisions on what part of Brighton to live in. We're almost at exchange point in our hose sale and we'll be looking for somewhere to rent for a year or so before looking to buy. We were kinda set on Preston Park, Five Ways sort of area but someone's suggested Queens Park is a decent bet (they also suggested Whitehawk might be an underrated i.e., affordable, area). We've been to the Queens Park itself and it's very nice but haven't investigated nurseries and schools there. We've got a 3 year old and a 1 year old so we'll need both. Likely that I'll keep my job in Hampton so I'll be driving maybe 3 days a week up there. What's the traffic like at 6.30 am on the M25?
