I think nearly anyone good enough to play for us would ask for more wages than we'd be willing to pay. It always pushes the wages of the players up.

He's gonna be brilliant if he can stay fit but he's not great at defending at the minute, and people seem to give him a pass by saying it takes him a while to get back up to speed. He's injured loads so that means he'll have loads of games not being at his best.

Hopefully they know if they can solve his injury problems. If it seems like it'll be hard we need a right back to really compete with him.

He'll be fine - he's played less than half a season's worth of games for us but the talent is there for all to see.

Even if available we shouldn't be looking for 50+ games from him next season.

Aina has been brilliant. Part of me wonders what some of those Forest players will be like outside of that system. But he’s been class. I’d say he’d be too expensive for his age and that kind of role.

If they get CL they can pay lads pretty well so he may be just hedging his bets.
