After an exhaustive search through my contacts I discovered that, in fact, I don’t have any Napoli supporting mates. Or any mates for that matter. Apologies for any confusion.

Napoli supporting mate #1 knows of Chiesa link but thought Kvara to PSG was a done deal.

He also says he’s seen no mention of Liverpool links to Kvara in Italian media.

Adds that Chiesa’s wife living in Italy is just gossip but doesn’t rule it out.

Would he thou? Seen that figure too, but find it hard to believe. Kvara’s young, has plenty to run on his contract and de Laurentiis is as pigheaded and hard handed as they come. And they are top of the league too. No reason to let him go now, that we know of. 100 million € could do it thou.

Just fyi I’ve been around Italy with him and know full well he speaks Italian, far more than I ever did. It’s an in-joke dating back to his flustered efforts to get us out of the Napoli stadium early, and my own intervention which ultimately won us our freedom.
