I'm imagining this to be a bit like that last minute or so of A Day In The Life but more discordant and with additional effects - like the sound of people farting into bottles and sniffing the captured aromas, people banging their heads on desks, someone falling downstairs, snarling animals, rude parrots screeching obscenities, gibbering pensioners repeatedly saying "it was better when...". That kind of thing.
