Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted August 10, 2017 Posted August 10, 2017 We've had a full moon for a few cloudless nights now - every f***er is posting it on Instagram - and last night the Mrs said something about a full moon affecting Alzheimers patients. She's someone who believes in spiritual guff, I'm purely science based, so I dismissed it. But I googled it. While a relationship with Alzheimers wasn't found, scientists said they have found a definite link between sleep patterns, even when you can't see the full moon - takes 5mins longer to get to sleep & sleep an average of 20mins less. Well I f***ing well woke at 7.47 this morning, so I appear to be banking all of those 20mins other people are losing out on
