ChrisC Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 Had an ad-hoc request come in at work where I need to link to a PDF policy form for our HR dept from our wiki and then capture the entered details (User ID, first & last name and the checked acknowledgment box). Then on submission store that info in a database for reporting for HR. A bit of googling has thrown up all sorts of horrors with versions of Adobe and Reader causing conflicts - does anyone have any expertise or advice they can give?
