Anyone clued up on this...I'm named in papers by social services an my ex wifes ex partner both have stated absolute lies about me...all of the allegations 100% dismissed by local DS as made up lies bordering malicious...social have made up a diagnosis of schizophrenia (I've just hAd a full report done.)which states I don't have it...

 

They say I'm non party to this case but I'm named by all sides with zero evidence backing it up...how do I get too defend my name as it's been tarnished an dragged through this for nothing ...I've tried local law firms but no one will help...

 

Is there anyway I can get a solicitor too defend me or do I have to wait till final hearing over then take legal action...

 

Any help truly appreciated
