Hyperoptic broadband help required from an expert

we're putting 'superfast' 1G broadband in at work

work is also a serviced office building with many tenants

we own the building and are therefore about to trumpet the good news on our website

 

except, tests indicate that we're only getting 300

 

I know 300 is loads but we don't want to get caught out here and also, 2 providers are saying.....

 

 

you know what, can I simplify instead of boring everyone and myself? can an expert help me in this field?

 

Ant if you're reading...the boss man Richard is confusing us, along with IT Answers. I'd cheerfully see the two of them fight to the death at gun point but the man says that's not possible
