Anyone else having issues with this?

I think there's been an update but I can't get it working at all on either normal podcast downloads or downcast.

I've uninstalled it as well as TWA and it's dead.

 

Probably not the best place to put this but I'm wondering if anyone else had issues.

Not sure why I can't get it working. Following all instructions. Can't get it working on a couple of different apps. (Downcast or podcasts)

Uninstalled both players,cleared history and did fresh reinstalls with a new password and nothing.

 

I'm having no issues with other podcasts so it's not my phone or software.

 

When I get a moment I'll try again but I'm not sure what else to do as an iPhone doesn't have many options.

I had issues before when installing it. I can't be the only one. I wonder if the twa lads have lost potential people due to this, especially on iPhones which are a bit crap really.

I'll keep trying...

Fire them an email, they always get back to you even if it might take a day or two.

I had an issue earlier in the week where it was asking me to log in, that's happened before and it's just fixed itself but not this time. When I checked my account I was no longer a subscriber for some reason. I just updated that and it worked fine.

What do you mean checked your account? As in the twa website ? Sorry if I'm being dim.

Yeah if you go to the website, click TAW Player > Manage your subscription
