Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted April 3, 2017 Posted April 3, 2017 I sold a jumper on ebay. It's listed as Size S in the listing. It has photos showing the tag (still attached) as size S. My own description of the item says 'Size small'. And the listing says 'returns not accepted' However I did appear to have clicked size M on the dropdown in the Item Specifics part. It was delivered on 23 March. Now they've filed for a refund as it doesn't match the description and the funds have been frozen in my Paypal account. There's nowhere for me to dispute the refund claim. ebay does say it'll mediate but conveniently there's no link nor information on how I do that.
