It's one of them where purely down to fitness he'll be one of the best on the pitch.

There's a few of 'em, Diao, Thompson, McAteer, Kvarme, Babb, not exactly in the 'legends' category, but I guess they have to make up the numbers!

Was a good afternoon... Usual slow paced relaxed affair by players and fans alike.. Good to see Gerrard score after showing he can still pick a pass... Seedorf is still class.. He was a cracking player

Seedorf looked like he could still cut it at the top. His stride was noticeably the best on show today.

 

Really enjoyed it and it was my boys first trip to Anfield

Usually takes 3 hours door to door.

Had to pick me bro up at 9.30am from Rugby.

m6, m62 was stop start then getting through Liverpool was worse than I've encountered. Ever.

Left home at 8am and parked up at 1pm.

 

Some bloke on the kop made me laugh tho. He said, nearly a sell out to watch 40 odd old men have a knock around.
