Molby Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 how many (proper) press-ups can you do?please state the number, your age and any relevant back storyI just tried, having not done any for over 2 years due to muscle/tendon problems did 26.I'm 49 and could do with losing a few stone tooif I didn't swim I'd probably have managed about 8 but swimming helps my upper body strength I think 50 is about the right number for a man my age, without getting too fanatical shall we do a forum press-up project and support each other to success in the field of press-ups? or should I just f*** off?
