So anyway. Maybe this will fizzle out and maybe it won't. 

 

But the environment is a huge issue, possibly the biggest concern in the world. There is a huge disconnect between what science demands that we do to fix the problems and what the layman thinks are the answers.

 

Removal of natives, encroaching of invasive species, nitrogen loading, algae plumes, monocultures, CO2 emissions, pesticide irresponsibility, nitrogen mitigation, are all local issues.

 

On a bigger scale, carbon sequestration, industrial pollution, burn offs, CO2 emissions, etc etc are all issues that need to be looked at in a scientific and unemotional way in order to address the pending catastrophe that will hit us within a generation.
