2016 Albums of the year - poll of polls

I've done my usual trawl* through the various online music end of year lists to collate into an overall chart. The caveats are that (1) I only include lists that have 30 or more entries, (2) I only include charts that are not limited to a specific genre, (3) I only include charts that rank the albums in order. 30 points for a first plane, 1 point for a 30th place, and if there is a tie, the decider is the number of polls that the album appears in.
