I heard about this which happened close to where I live. 

 

A bloke broke into a shop, ate ten bananas, pissed all over a rubbish bin, fell asleep on the floor for a while and then took off. He lest his drivers license there for good measure so they can identify him.

 

I would imagine that there are plenty of other cases of mad behavior around. There's another one that comes to mind that I'm going to look for.
