[New York Red]

I had an absolutely excellent bowl of Borscht today. I've had it a few times before and it was good, but this one was incredible.

 

Then I thought how much I've always loved soup. Heinz cream of chicken when I was a kid. Miso, wonton, hot & sour, c**k-a-leekee, pho, mulligatawny, cream of celery, loads of them from the Soup Nazi. 

 

I absolutely LOVE clam chowder too. New England style. But recently I had Rhode Island style for the first time and God it was good. Is chowder getting sold over there at all? (tough given that there are different species of clam on either side of the Atlantic).
