video conferencing

hello

 

 

what's the best way to keep in constant, uninterrupted, real time contact, both audio and visual, with my office? (2 way process so they can see and hear me too)

 

needs a reasonable camera as both my office and I want a view of home/work office, not just a single person through an inbuilt  lap top camera

have looked it up and it seems straightforward but a bit clumsy (to my unskilled techno mind)
