Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 Gonna miss this one. Better win. Stupid f***ing stinking international break after this so let's go into it with a convincing win eh? Same ol' XI as you'd expect i reckon
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted November 1, 2016 Author Posted November 1, 2016 does it matter? They're all crap

Case Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 (edited) World Cup, innit? Braveheart and all that. Anyway KariusClyne Matip Lovren MilnerHendersonCan LallanaMane Firmino Coutinho Mignolet, Lucas, Klavan, Moreno, Wijnaldum, Sturridge, Origi. These lot set up like (the new) Chelsea, so it'll be a different type of test. Big bullying grocks up front too. Edited November 1, 2016 by Case
Swagger Posted November 2, 2016 Posted November 2, 2016 Gini instead of Can for me. Agreed. Can has improved greatly since the United game, but I still think that the midfield functions best with Henderson, Lallana and Wijnaldum in the middle.

Deeney is a test for any centre half but Ighalo isn't in anything like the form he was 12 months ago.
stressederic Posted November 2, 2016 Posted November 2, 2016 With Arsenal & Spurs playing each other, this would be a very good one to win.
Cobs Posted November 2, 2016 Posted November 2, 2016 taking my son to his first Anfield game (cheers, Redray) for this - think I might be slightly more excited than him
épieur Posted November 2, 2016 Posted November 2, 2016 With Arsenal & Spurs playing each other, this would be a very good one to win. Win for spurs, chelsea to draw against everton, united to lose against swansea. We open up a three point gap on everyone but city and united extend the gap to top five to 8 points. Their league campaign a bust before december.
Begbie Posted November 2, 2016 Posted November 2, 2016 How old is he Cobs? Can't wait to do this.. With my son like...
Barnesy_10 Posted November 2, 2016 Posted November 2, 2016 First time I took my eldest he was 4 and was a friendly... his face when stepping out into the stadium was something I will never forget... He's been countless times since then and loves it more each time and never takes it for granted. My youngest went to his first game at 4 as well, that was different as he ended up on the pitch so he definitely won't forget that one. It gets expensive with the extra company like haha... but good there are junior prices.. Speaking of which I was looking at Southampton away tickets and they are £20 for adults and £18 for juniors... why the f*** can't it be like that everywhere?

Have taken my 3yo son to a few away matches and two games here in Switzerland (Sion and EL final) and his first game at Anfield (with as his younger sister) was WBA. Had a great time in the fan zone behind Anfield Road end before the game and eating in main stand concourse and, of course, loved the game. My daughter (almost 2) was the calmest person in the stadium for that nervy final 10 minutes as she had fallen asleep.Gives you a different perspective watching with kids - I was so worried about him being upset after Basel that I managed to calm myself down at the same time.
Molby Posted November 2, 2016 Posted November 2, 2016 just gone 7 - reckon that's old enough to remember/appreciate the experienceas was minehe went to Cardiff that season, Athens the next, had a season ticket etcbut has lost interest now; probably temporarily and he's just started Uni, but it's saving me thousands

Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted November 2, 2016 Author Posted November 2, 2016 We're going to batter these. 3-0 can't see us conceding 0 against many teams right now
mofus77 Posted November 2, 2016 Posted November 2, 2016 So these guys are in 7th with 15 points after 10 games. That would point to this being a challenge, they are in good form. Lets just smash them and be done with it.
