Dogs and selling houses

Right, I'm trying to sell a house. Had a couple of people interested who didn't follow through due to a couple of boxers in the next door neighbours garden going f***ing bananas when they came round to view.  They are a bit aggressive at the fence but calm down after a few minutes.

 

This week we've actually got to sale agreed with another couple, only for them to do a repeat viewing where the dogs were out and up to their usual barking at the fence. The couple are now probably not going to buy because of it. 

 

 

Can I do anything about this?
