Mould

We've got a persistent issue with mould in two bedrooms, probably caused by condensation (it effects the outside walls in the corner behind wardrobes). Has anyone found a reliable solution to this?

 

We've cleaned it off with the anti-mould stuff and painted with anti-mould paint in the past but it's back again. It doesn't seem practical to keep a window open all winter.

 

I'm guessing a dehumidifier is probably a good place to start but I'd like a permanent solution.
