Consumer right - restocking fee

So we bought these tiles from this shop, they were delivered on Wednesday, the guy who's doing our bathroom said they were too big/heavey for the wall, so we tried to take them back today, the store wants to charge us 30% 'restocking fee'

 

How is this even legal? Anything that we can do to avoid paying this ?
