Conrad Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 (edited) Big game, clearly. 3 points a must. we win the title if we win all our home games. build momentum, keep good form going So, I think Klopp will pick - and this is what I would pick Mignolet Clyne-Lovren-Matip-Milner Wijnaldum-Henderson-Lallana Coutinho-Firmino-Mane the big debate is goalie and whether Sturridge starts. Tricky, both of them. Edited September 21, 2016 by Conrad

Saying that to a team where Coutinho is on the bench sounds mental. Coutinho, Can, Origi, Lucas, Klavan, Moreno, Mignolet is a decent benchGrujic and Ings struggling to get a look in.
épieur Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 I am more excited about who gets picked than concerned about who might get picked. Been a long time since that happened.
Murphman Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 Drop Coutinho? Madness, he's our best player why would you leave him out?
Case Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 He's one of our best players. I'd pick the same team as against Chelsea. Firmino is great, but you snooze, you lose. You're out, lad.
Hassony Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 Drop Coutinho? Madness, he's our best player why would you leave him out?Fully agree Great that we have mane and firmino challenging him, and of course these is sturridge, but coutinho is still our best player He was brilliant yesterday
RedMersey Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 Anyone know a good place to watch this in Prague?
RP Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 6/10 on the gravy scale that. Gotta get to another continent to get a big league score.
Conrad Posted September 21, 2016 Author Posted September 21, 2016 I think Sturridge will start on the bench to get all of c f and m in
épieur Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 We have 3 centrebacks, 4 midfielders and 4 attackers who all ought to be starting. And two lovely fullbacks aside from that. I think it is a awesome we're actually having a positive discussion on who of Sturridge and Coutinho doesn't get to play.
RP Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 I think Sturridge will start on the bench to get all of c f and m in Lazy that.
RP Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 I've had a long day Haha - just realised I've picked on you in the other thread too. Not like me that* *Doing it unintentionally isn't like me
honourablegeorge Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 Drop Coutinho? Madness, he's our best player why would you leave him out? Leaving him out doesn't make us significantly weaker - you can play Lallana, Firmino, Mane, Sturridge, Wijnaldum as the fron 5 like we did against Chelsea. Could get used to this "having a squad" lark. Kicks the s*** out of having to start f***in' Ngog if we had one injury (and we ALWAYS had about four)
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 Think he'll go with the team Conrad posted 1st post
Stanley Leisure Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 3-1 Manè, Sturridge and Matip. Snodgrass penalty (76).
Rory Fitzgerald Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 3-1 Manè, Sturridge and Matip. Snodgrass penalty (76).Why is Moreno starting?
growler Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 I think Sturridge plays. We are at home. I actually think gw drops to bench HendersonLallana coutinhoMane Sturridge firmino
Sion Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 Biggest game in 25 years this 5-0 win cements us as the best team in the world.
Ombudsam Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 It's just amazing to have all these options. I know we're 2 injuries away from not having them but this is really coolBiggest game in 25 years this5-0 win cements us as the best team in the world.Preach preacher!
stressederic Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 We should go with the same team as at Chelsea. If Hull sit in defensively (as you'd think they will) the likes of Firmino, Lallana, and Mane will cause them problems from deep and in Sturridge there's a clear goal threat for anything that breaks in the box or if they open up. Whilst it's weird to leave Coutinho out the team against Chelsea is the one in possession and leaving out Sturridge removes one type of specific threat and replaces it with one that's already on the pitch.
