Citrix design help

[downunder]

I am working in a Citrix environment, and our network has 14 office around Australia. Our design team have failed to create a network where printing 'just works'. It seems very hard to keep your default printer when there are 20 servers in the Citrix Farm.

 

Is it really so hard to ask for such simple functionality?
