cooking lobster from scratch

just been to Prescot Road fish market

potential game changer here, although I started modestly with 4 sea bass fillets 

 

 

and there were lobsters

 

this isn't to be taken lightly; deciding to buy lobsters for 4 people and then either quitting or f***ing it up is not an option

so....any advice or insight please?
